Terms and Conditions:

1. The promo is open to all active GoTyme Bank account holders with a GoTyme Visa debit card
   (“Customer”).
2. Promo is valid from February 23 – April 30, 2024
3. The promo entitles the Customer to the following benefits:

4. To avail of the Promo, the Customer must use his/her GoTyme Visa debit card to successfully pay for his/her single-receipt bill (inclusive of VAT, service charges, and prevailing local taxes) at the following GoTyme partner establishments within the promo period.
   a.    Flotsam and Jetsam
   b.    Alpas
   c.    Clean Beach
   d.    Stream of Consciousness
   e.    Sabong Chicken
   f.    Makai Bowls
5. For the 5% off promo, the discount will only apply to total bill exclusive of VAT, service charges, and prevailing local taxes unless otherwise specified by the merchant.
6. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, privileges or VIP cards. The discount is not exchangeable for or convertible to cash, credit or other goods and services.
7. Customers with mandatory and government-regulated discounts have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply. In the purchase of goods and services subject to a promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
8. If other mandatory or government-regulated benefits with a higher discount are applied, the Customer may still avail of the free upsize on coffee drinks (Alpas, Clean Beach, Stream of Consciousness) or free beer for every bucket (Flotsam and Jetsam)
9. The Customer must be at least eighteen (18) years old and above to avail the free beer promo for every bucket of beer in Flotsam and Jetsam.
10. Any amendment in the terms and conditions governing the Promo is subject to prior DTI approval.
11. Any personal or sensitive information supplied by Customer to GoTyme pursuant to this promo will be understood as the Customer’s express, active, and positive consent to allow GoTyme its affiliates, and authorized/partner third parties, to collect and process such information for the purpose of determining eligibility and other marketing purposes. Such consent shall be valid until the purposes enumerated have been fulfilled.
12. The customer must notify GoTyme Bank for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of GoTyme Bank on the complaint, with concurrence of DTI FTEB, where applicable, shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email help@gotyme.com.ph
