Terms and Conditions
  1. The promo period is from May 27 to July 31, 2024.
  2. This promo is open to new and existing active GoTyme Bank Corporation (“GoTyme”) users who will successfully:
    • spend a same-day accumulated minimum of Php 3,000 in-store using their GoTyme VISA debit card; and
    • pay for parking within select Robinsons Malls using GoTyme app’s “Scan a QRPh code” feature (“qualified users”).
  3. The minimum in-store spend of Php 3,000 must be successfully made on the same calendar day as and prior to payment for parking to qualify for the promo (“qualified transaction”).
  4. Select Robinsons Malls include all the following malls:
    • Robinsons Galleria Ortigas
    • Robinsons Magnolia
    • Robinsons Metroeast
    • Robinsons Novaliches
    • Robinsons Manila
    • Robinsons Antipolo
    • Robinsons Dasmariñas
    • Robinsons Los Baños
    • Robinsons Lipa
    • Robinsons Galleria Cebu
    • Robinsons Cybergate Cebu
    • Robinsons Fuente
  5. Qualified users will get a cashback for every qualified transaction within the promo period capped at PHP50, once per week. This cashback cannot be accumulated into later weeks or advanced into earlier weeks within the promo period.
  6. Qualified users will get a cashback, which shall be reflected on the GoTyme App within 7 business days after the qualified transaction is confirmed.
  7. The cashback is non-transferable.
  8. Qualified users will lose eligibility if they close their GoTyme account before the cashback is reflected on the GoTyme Bank App.
  9. GoTyme reserves the right to withhold, refuse, withdraw, or take back the cashback from users and their respective accounts, without prior notice and even if the user has already received and/or used the cashback if any of the following occur: 
    • GoTyme reasonably suspects and/or proves that the Qualified user engaged in or employed fraudulent, unfair, and/or illegal schemes, methods, means or devices (i.e., abuse of system or weakness in the promo to receive benefits, using fictitious accounts, etc.);
    • GoTyme deems that the Qualified user is or was not qualified from participating in this promo and/or should not be entitled to the award;
    • The Qualified user’s GoTyme account is invalid, suspended, dormant, or closed;
    • The Qualified failed to abide by the terms and conditions of GoTyme; or
    • Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or merchant-initiated.
  10. If your account balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn or taken back at the time of withdrawal or taking back, GoTyme reserves the right to either: 
    • debit payment for the cashback from any of the user’s existing GoTyme accounts when such balance becomes sufficient; or
    • debit payment for the cashback from the Go Rewards points balance of any of the user’s existing GoTyme accounts.
  11. The customer must notify GoTyme of any complaints regarding the promo within 30 days from the end of the promo period. The decision of GoTyme on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email help@gotyme.com.ph.
