Promo Mechanics

1. The promo is open to new and existing GoTyme Bank account holders ​
2. Promo is valid from June 5, 2024 to July 31, 2024. ​
3. The promo entitles the Customer to the following benefits:​

   June 5, 2024 to July 31, 2024	New User	Registration: GoTyme Bank kiosk, The Marketplace, Power Plant Mall, Rockwell, Makati City	Get one (1) free drink of choice from YoCoco upon successful registration
   Existing User	Claiming: YoCoco, Power Plant Mall,  Rockwell, Makati City	Get a free upsize of any drink of choice in YoCoco

   
   
   
4. For new users, the Customer must open an account at the GoTyme Bank kiosk at The Marketplace, Powerplant Mall, Rockwell, Makati City.​
   1. After a successful registration, the GoTyme Bank ambassador shall give a claim stub, of which the user must present to Yococo in order to claim the free drink.​
   2. The promo is not applicable to card replacement printing at the kiosk (new user).​
5. For existing Customers, the user must pay for their purchase using their GoTyme Bank Visa debit card in order to claim the free upsize.​
   1. The free upsize can only be availed in the physical store in Power Plant Mall, Makati. ​
   2. The promo is not available in online deliveries.​
6. Any amendment in the terms and conditions governing the Promo is subject to prior DTI approval. ​
7.  Any personal or sensitive information supplied by Customer to GoTyme pursuant to this promo/the registration process will be understood as the Customer’s express, active, and positive consent to allow GoTyme its affiliates, and authorized/partner third parties, to collect and process such information for the purpose of determining eligibility and other marketing purposes. Such consent shall be valid until the purposes enumerated have been fulfilled.
8. The customer must notify GoTyme Bank for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of GoTyme Bank on the complaint, with concurrence of DTI FTEB, where applicable, shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email help@gotyme.com.ph ​
