GoTyme Bank, a joint venture between the Gokongwei group of companies and multicountry digital banking group Tyme, won the Tech Innovator Gold Award and Customer Excellence Bronze Award at the inaugural KMC Startup Awards. The awarding ceremony took place on November 24, 2023, at KMC One Ayala, Makati.
For the Tech Innovator Gold Award, GoTyme won for its innovative phygital model, a combination of a well-established digital technology and physical and human banking. For the Customer Excellence Bronze Award, it was recognized for its phygital model that enables human digital banking.
The KMC Startup Awards, organized by KMC Solutions in partnership with QBO Innovation Hub and Kaya Founders, celebrates and recognizes outstanding startups and visionary entrepreneurs in the country.
