Starting June 16, 2025, GoTyme Bank is making it easier for you to earn Go Rewards points with your GoTyme Bank Visa debit card. Say goodbye to varied points schemes per partner store, and say hello to a more streamlined and consistent rewards system. Now you can focus more on shopping and less on tracking how your points add up.


New Go Rewards Earning Rates

Wherever you shop using your GoTyme Bank debit card, you’ll now earn Go Rewards points based on a simpler, easy-to-remember rewards scheme:

Redeem Points Your Way

Go Rewards points remain a powerful way to get value back. You can still:

  1. Pay with points like cash in partner stores
    1. 1 point = PHP 1.00
    2. Present a valid ID when paying with points in-store
  2. Pay with points on the GoTyme Bank app
    1. Buy load or data: 1 point = PHP 1.00 load value
    2. Transfer fees: 8 points = 1 FREE bank transfer
  3. Redeem points as cash on the GoTyme Bank app
    1. 1 point = PHP 0.80
    2. Redeem up to 1,000 points (worth PHP 800) per day

 

Important reminders:

  1. QRPh transactions continue to follow their current rate of 1 point per PHP 600 spend, and are not part of the updated earning scheme.
  2. The combined PHP100 : 1 point rewards rate for partner stores may not be fully reflected on your GoTyme Bank app transaction history.
    1. GoTyme Bank: the issued points will be visible in your app.
    2. Partner store: the issued points will appear on your physical receipt.
  3. Rest assured that all points earned will be accurately credited in line with the updated rewards structure.
