TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promo period is from July 07, 2025 to September 07, 2025.
2. Eligibility: This promo is open to all new users of GoTyme Bank Corporation (“GoTyme”) who have an active and linked Go Rewards account, and have completed two debit card (swipe) transactions, as outlined below:
   
   

   New Users	Refers to individuals who have been onboarded through any channel and have successfully activated their GoTyme Bank account linked to a Go Rewards account, who have never made a debit card swipe.
   First Transaction	The first transaction must be any valid physical debit card spend of at least Three Hundred Pesos (PHP 300)
   Second Transaction	The second transaction must be any valid physical debit card spend of at least Three Hundred Pesos (PHP 300)
   Timeframe to Complete Transactions	Both the first and second transactions must be completed within the same 10-day period, starting from the date of onboarding.

   
   

PROMO MECHANICS

1. Qualified users will earn twenty (20) Go Rewards points on their second transaction. This reward will be credited on top of the standard Go Rewards points earned from a regular debit card transaction.

2. Qualified users are eligible to participate in this promotion and receive its reward/s only once.
3. Any Go Rewards points earned from a qualified transaction will be credited to the user's account within seven (7) banking days following the successful transaction, subject to the terms outlined in these mechanics.
4. GoTyme reserves the right to withhold or only refuse to award any Go Rewards points that may be earned, or to revoke any Go Rewards points already awarded, including those that have already been used or redeemed by the user, without need of prior notice, should any of the following occur:
   1. The user engaged in or employed fraudulent, unfair, and/or illegal schemes, methods, means or devices (e.g. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes and/or rewards, or receive benefits, using fictitious accounts, etc.);
   2. The user is or was not qualified from participating in this promo and/or should not be entitled to the award based on the promo mechanics;
   3. The user’s GoTyme or Go Rewards account is invalid, suspended, dormant, or closed;
   4. The user failed to abide by the terms and conditions of GoTyme and/or Go Rewards; or
   5. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled, declined or otherwise invalid, whether caused by the user or the merchant.
5. In cases where Go Rewards points have already been credited to the user's account, GoTyme reserves the right to exercise any of the following at its discretion, without prior notice to the user, should any of the instances outlined in these mechanics occur and if the user's Go Rewards balance is insufficient to cover the points to be revoked:
   1. Automatically debit from the user's Go Rewards balance when it becomes sufficient, until the points earned from the transaction have been fully revoked; or
      1. Automatically debit from any of the user's existing GoTyme accounts, until the monetary value of the points earned from the transaction have been fully revoked.
6. The user agrees to hold GoTyme Bank, its directors, and officers free from any and all liability that may arise from his/her participation in this promo, including but limited to any withholding, refusal, or revocation of Go Rewards points and/or their equivalent in money.
