PROMO PERIOD: November 5 - December 31, 2023
- This promo is open to new and existing active GoTyme Bank Corporation (“GoTyme”) users who will successfully pay via the GoTyme 'Pay with QR' feature in select Uncle John's branches within the promo period. Available in all Uncle John’s branches with QRPh.
- Participants must pay using GoTyme's Scan to Pay feature using GoTyme's Scan to Pay feature with a minimum amount of ₱50.00 in a single transaction to qualify and earn a raffle entry along with every single receipt purchase (“Qualified GoTyme QR/Scan to Pay transactions”). A participant will earn One (1) single receipt purchase, which is equivalent to one (1) raffle entry, for every successful QRPh transaction. Only QRPh transactions made through the GoTyme app will be considered and counted as raffle entries. The promo is applicable to Qualified GoTyme QR/Scan to Pay transactions made from November 5 (0:00) - December 31, 2023 (23:59), subject to the batching schedule. Splitting of transactions to earn more raffle entries is not allowed.
- Participants can earn unlimited raffle entries but may only win once. Any cancellation, refunds, or returns of orders will result to cancellation of raffle entry.
- There will be a total of six (6) winners of Free Uncle John's Fried Chicken for a Year and ten (10) winners of 1,000 Go Rewards Points for the whole promo duration. The batching schedule is as follows:

January 15, 2024 - Raffle Draw Dates: Determination of winners, depending on their transaction dates, will be held in two batches on December 7, 2023, and January 9, 2024, respectively, through a randomizer (random.org) in the presence of a DTI representative.
- Prizes won are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
- GoTyme reserves the right to withhold, refuse, withdraw, or take back the awarding of the prize, without prior notice if any of the following occur:
- GoTyme reasonably suspects and/or proves that the winner engaged in or employed fraudulent, unfair, and/or illegal schemes, methods, means or devices (i.e., abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits, using fictitious accounts, etc.);
- GoTyme deems that the winner is or was not qualified from participating in this promo and/or should not be entitled to the award;
- The winner’s GoTyme and/or Go Rewards account is invalid, suspended, dormant, or closed;
- The winner failed to abide by the terms and conditions of GoTyme; or
- Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or merchant-initiated.
- Announcement of winners will be on the following dates on GoTyme’s Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, Instagram pages, and media outlets, publications, and materials. (Collectively, “Public Channels”)
- Batch 1 – December 14, 2023
- Batch 2 – January 15, 2024
- Winners shall be notified via registered email and SMS and their names will be posted at GoTyme’s or its partners’ Public Channels.
- The winners will be contacted via email and phone registered to their GoTyme accounts to conduct the verification process.
- Prizes will be awarded or credited to the winners within two (2) weeks after the end of the promo period.
- For Winners of Free Uncle John's Fried Chicken for a Year:
- Free Uncle John's Fried Chicken for a Year means that the winner will be able to claim the prize of one (1) free box of six (6) Uncle John's Fried Chicken (Original) per week, for a total of fifty-two (52) weeks, the equivalent of a year.
- The Winner must designate only one (1) email address to GoTyme Bank Corporation.
- Winners can expect an email to be sent to their designated email every Monday for fifty-two (52) weeks (1 year), containing their unique code which allows them to claim their prize of a free box of six (6) Uncle John's Fried Chicken (Original) every week. All e-mails or codes sent to the designated e-mail address shall be final and will not be replaced or re-sent by GoTyme.
- Should the winner decide to change the designated e-mail, the winner must inform GoTyme by sending a written letter to it principal address containing such request. Such change of designated e-mail address will only become effective upon thirty working days from actual receipt of GoTyme.
- Winners must physically present the email with the code in the presence of an Uncle John's in-store representative in order to claim the prize.
- The winner may only claim one box of six (6) Uncle John's Fried Chicken (Original) every week.
- For Winners of Go Rewards points:
- Winners of the Go Rewards points can expect their points to be credited into the GoRewards account that is linked to their GoTyme Bank account after 30 days of the announcement of winners.
- Go Rewards points awarded from this promotion shall be governed by and can be used in accordance with the Go Rewards Terms and Conditions, For any questions or concerns on the Go Rewards program, the Qualified Participant may reach out to customercare@gorewards.com.ph. GoTyme may also assist the customer via help@gotyme.com.ph
- Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice, or it will be forfeited in favor of GoTyme with prior approval of DTI.
- All employees of GoTyme Bank are disqualified from joining this promo.
- Any personal or sensitive information supplied by a Participant to GoTyme will be understood as his or her express, active, and positive consent to allow GoTyme its affiliates, and authorized/partner third- parties, to collect and process such information, and to use or share such information for the purpose of facilitating this promotion, improving its services and products, marketing promotions, analyzing market and business data, maintaining statistical and historical resources that will allow GoTyme to perform better, and other legitimate purpose it may deem beneficial. Such consent shall be valid until the purposes enumerated have been fulfilled.
- By joining this campaign, participants hereby agree to give consent to GoTyme to have their names appear in Public Channels. Your acceptance to be chosen as the winner or act of claiming any of the prizes under this promo shall be taken as your clear and categorical expression of your consent for GoTyme to use your name in Public Channels.
- The customer must notify GoTyme for any complaints regarding the promo within thirty (30) days from the end of the promo period. The decision of GoTyme on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final.
