The promotion period is from August 01, 2025 to October 31, 2025.
This promo is open to new and existing active GoTyme Bank Corporation (“GoTyme”) users who will successfully pay using his/her GoTyme Bank debit card on Tiktok Shop.
Qualified GoTyme Bank users are those with GoTyme accounts that are not suspended/ blocked/ closed or still under account review.
Unsuccessful transactions will not be counted for the bonus points
. Qualified users will earn 4 bonus Go Rewards points for every ₱500 spent in every TikTok Shop transaction. Points are awarded proportionally to the total spend. This reward will be credited on top of the standard Go Rewards points earned from a regular debit card transaction.
Go Rewards points will be credited to the user’s account within seven (7) banking days from the successful transaction.
GoTyme reserves the right to withhold or refuse to award any Go Rewards points that may be earned, or to revoke any Go Rewards points already awarded under this promo, including those that have already been used or redeemed by the user, without need of prior notice, should any of the following occur:
GoTyme reasonably suspects and/or determines that the Qualified user engaged in or employed fraudulent, unfair, and/or illegal schemes, methods, means or devices (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits, using fictitious accounts, etc.);
GoTyme deems that the Qualified user is or was not qualified from participating in this promo and/or should not be entitled to the award;
The Qualified user’s GoTyme or Go Rewards account is invalid, suspended, dormant, or closed;
The Qualified user failed to abide by the terms and conditions of GoTyme and/or Go Rewards; or
Should the qualified transaction be cancelled, declined, or otherwise deemed invalid for any reason whatsoever.
In cases where Go Rewards points have already been credited to the user's account, GoTyme reserves the right to exercise any of the following at its discretion, without prior notice to the user, should any of the instances outlined in these mechanics occur and if the user's Go Rewards balance is insufficient to cover the points to be revoked:
Automatically debit from the user's Go Rewards balance when it becomes sufficient, until the points earned from the transaction have been fully revoked; or
Automatically debit from any of the user's existing GoTyme accounts, until the monetary value of the points earned from the transaction have been fully revoked.
GoTyme Bank is solely responsible for the fulfillment of this promotion, notwithstanding the use of the GoTyme debit card for purchases with a third-party.
This promotion is not a partnership with these merchants in any way and no formal agreement has been entered with the partner merchant. GoTyme is solely responsible for the execution of this promotion through the unilateral award of points to customers' accounts.
The user agrees to hold GoTyme Bank, its directors, and officers free from any and all liability that may arise from his/her participation in this promo, including but limited to any withholding, refusal, or revocation of Go Rewards points and/or their equivalent in money.
The user must notify GoTyme for any complaints regarding the promo within thirty (30) days from the end of the promo period.
