Who Are Qualified to Join

1. This promotion is open to all Filipino residents nationwide who are at least eighteen (18) years old and who are principal cardholders of an active, Philippine‑issued Visa credit, debit, or prepaid card.
2. Supplementary cardholders may participate provided that the card used is linked to a valid Philippine‑issued Visa account.
   

Promo Period

1. The promotion shall run from October 30, 2026 to March 4, 2027.
2. Only transactions and raffle entries made within the promo period shall be considered valid.
3. The deadline for submission of raffle entries and campaign opt-in is 11:59 PM on March 4, 2027.
4. After the submission deadline, all entries shall be consolidated. Duplicate entries shall be automatically disqualified.

How to Join

1. Participants must opt in to the raffle by scanning the QR code displayed on in-store promotional materials at participating 7‑Eleven stores (or through the Visa promotion platform: HERE) within the promo period and providing the following information:

   3. Email Address
   4. Mobile Number
   5. Mailing Address
   6. 16-digit Visa card number
2. Participants shall earn electronic raffle entries for every single‑receipt purchase made using a Visa card at any participating 7‑Eleven store nationwide, as follows:

3. There is no maximum number of raffle entries that a participant may earn during the promo period.
4. Each participant is only entitled to win one (1) prize during the entire duration of the promotion. Once a card number has been drawn as a winner, it shall no longer be eligible to win another prize.

Prizes and Selection of Winners

2. Winners shall be determined through monthly electronic raffle draws, conducted in the presence of a Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) representative, via virtual draw, in accordance with the draw schedule and transaction coverage periods indicated below:

3. Prizes shall be allocated per raffle draw as follows:

4. For each raffle draw period, winners shall be drawn by prize category and in sequence, based on the prize allocation order indicated above.
5. Once a participant is drawn as a winner for any prize category, his/her raffle entry shall be automatically removed from succeeding prize draws for the same draw period and shall no longer be eligible to win another prize for the entire duration of the promotion.
6. Winners shall be officially notified by Visa through the contact details provided upon registration, including registered email address, mobile number, and registered mail.
7. Winners must confirm and acknowledge acceptance of their prize within sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of registered notice/notification.
8. Failure to confirm and acknowledge acceptance of the prize within the prescribed sixty (60)-day period shall result in forfeiture of the prize in favor of the promo organizer, with prior approval of DTI.
9. Forfeited prizes may be awarded to an alternate winner drawn from the official buffer list, subject to prior approval of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
10. Prizes will be delivered by Visa to the winner’s mailing address within 60 days after notification.

Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion will be rolled out nationwide; however, participation is subject to store activation. Not all 7‑Eleven stores may be enabled for the promotion at the start of the promo period. Additional stores may be activated and included as the promotion progresses.
2. Only successfully completed and posted Visa transactions made during the promo period shall be considered valid. Cancelled, voided, or refunded transactions shall not qualify for raffle entries.
3. Visa reserves the right to disqualify participants who commit fraud, abuse, or tampering with the promo system, or who violate these terms and conditions.
4. Prizes are not convertible to cash and may not be exchanged for other items or services.
5. Prizes are transferable, subject to verification and approval of the promo organizer.
6. The winner shall shoulder any and all incidental expenses, taxes (if applicable), and other costs incurred in connection with the claiming and/or use of the prize.
7. By opting in and participating in this promotion, participants expressly authorize Visa to collect, process, store, and use their personal information for purposes of administering this promotion, including validation of entries, raffle draw, verification of winners, prize fulfillment, and customer communications.
8. Participants further consent to the disclosure and transfer of their personal information to Visa’s third‑party service providers, agencies, and partners, as may be necessary for the implementation of the promotion and delivery of prizes, subject to applicable data privacy laws and regulations.
9. By accepting the prize, the winner grants Visa and 7‑Eleven (Philippine Seven Corporation) the exclusive right to use his/her name, photographs, and video footage for publicity, advertising, and promotional purposes in any medium, without further compensation.
10. Visa and 7‑Eleven (Philippine Seven Corporation) shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or accident arising from or in connection with the use of the prize, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
11. Visa and 7‑Eleven (Philippine Seven Corporation) shall not be held liable for any transactions that are not successfully completed or recorded due to system errors, technical issues, payment terminal downtime, connectivity problems, or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control. Transactions that fail to push through, are not posted, or are not reflected in the payment system shall not qualify for raffle entries.
12. Employees of both Visa and 7‑Eleven (Philippine Seven Corporation), their affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, suppliers, advertising and promotional agencies, participating merchants, and relatives up to the 2^nd degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g., parents, children, grandparents, siblings, grandchildren, spouse, parents-in-law, daughter/son-in-law) are not qualified to win any Prizes.
13. All decisions of Visa, in concurrence with DTI, shall be final. In case of disputes, the decision of the promo organizer (Visa), with the concurrence of DTI, shall prevail.
