1. The promo period is from September 16 to October 14, 2026.
2. This promo is open to all verified, new and existing GoTyme Bank eligible customers only.
   1. GoTyme Bank eligible customers are those who:
      1. Have existing GoTyme Bank accounts that are not suspended/ blocked/ closed or under account review.
      2. Receive at least one qualifying inward remittance transaction from Taptap Send to their GoTyme Bank account during the promo period
      3. Have opted in to the raffle promo
3. Eligible participants, those who have received the qualifying transaction from Taptap Send on their GoTyme Bank account, must formally opt in to the raffle promotion by submitting the completed consent form. Participants can find the opt-in form through the homepage banner of the GoTyme Bank app. By clicking “sign-up,” participants consent to the use of their registered full name, address, and contact details connected to their GoTyme Bank account.
4. To earn raffle entries:
   1. Receive an international remittance of at least ₱5,000, or its foreign-currency equivalent, through GoTyme Bank.
   2. Every qualifying inward remittance earns 1 raffle entry. Qualification shall be based on the transaction reflected in the participant’s GoTyme Bank account.
   3. Limited to remittances made via Taptap Send.
   4. Customers may earn an unlimited number of entries during the promo period.
   5. Each transaction must independently meet the minimum qualifying amount.
5. Winners and prizes:
   1. 2 winners will be selected from the qualified raffle entries earned through eligible TapTap Send transactions at the end of the promo period.
   2. Each winner receives:
      1. Two (2) round-trip economy class airline tickets from originating country to the Philippines, from an airline of GoTyme Bank’s choosing.
         1. The winner may use the travel tickets for themselves and/or nominate up to two (2) persons of their choice to avail of the tickets.
      2. One-way, single and direct van transfer from from the winner’s/nominee’s destination airport in the Philippines to an agreed destination.
      3. Php 20,000.00 credited to their TapTap Send accounts.
      4. A sponsored family celebration that includes two (2) hotel rooms chosen by GoTyme Bank, a professional family portrait photoshoot, and meal. In the event that the winner is unable to avail of this prize, GoTyme Bank shall provide an alternative prize of equivalent value amounting to Php 20,000.00.
   3. Winners must confirm and book their travel arrangements on or before January 15, 2027. The trip prize must be fully availed within its six (6)-month validity period from the awarding of the prize. The travel window excludes the restricted travel period from December 16, 2026 to January 5, 2027.
      1. Winners are encouraged to schedule their travel between November 15, 2026 and January 15, 2027, subject to the applicable travel restrictions stated above.
6. The following transactions are considered void and will not earn raffle entries:
   1. Cancelled or declined transactions for any reason will result in the withdrawal of raffle entries even if already credited.
   2. Multiple transactions or payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers
   3. Any transaction that is false, fraudulent, in violation of GoTyme Bank's Terms & Conditions, intended to abuse or circumvent the mechanics, or that is subsequently cancelled, refunded, or returned for any reason whatsoever.
7. The raffle draw will be conducted on October 27, 2026, via a randomizer, in the presence of a DTI representative. Raffle winners will be announced through GoTyme Bank's official channels and social media pages.
8. Key Dates:
   1. Raffle Entry Period: September 16 to October 14, 2026
   2. Winner Notification: October 28, 2026
   3. Flight Confirmation: On or before January 15, 2027
      1. Travel is not permitted between the period of December 16, 2026 to January 5, 2027
9. After the draw, all identified winners shall undergo final verification by GoTyme Bank to confirm eligibility under this promo.
10. Winners who are determined to be eligible will be officially notified by GoTyme Bank through their registered mailing address, mobile number, and/or email address by October 28, 2026.
11. The drawn winners shall be required to acknowledge within sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of notification from GoTyme Bank's official communication channels. If there is no response within the required period, the prize will be awarded to the contingency winner from the same draw.
12. Raffle winners must acknowledge the notification and present the following information and/or documents as part of the verification process prior to claiming the prize:
    1. Full Name
    2. GoTyme Bank-registered Mobile Number
    3. Present Address
    4. One (1) Valid Government-Issued ID (e.g., Passport, SSS, PhilHealth, UMID) reflecting address in the Philippines
    5. Tax Identification Number (TIN)
    6. Valid passport (of the person to be flown home) with at least 6 months validity from the travel date
13. With regard to claiming prizes:
    1. Winners respond and accept the prize within 60 calendar days from receipt of notification via registered mail notification. All unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited in favor of GoTyme Bank with prior DTI approval.
14. Winners should claim prizes at the following areas:
    1. Within Metro Manila: To present documents at the GoTyme Bank Office located at 22nd Floor, GBF Center 1, Bridgetowne, C-5 Road, Brgy. Ugong Norte, E. Rodriguez Jr. Ave. 1110, Quezon City, Metro Manila, between Mondays and Fridays, from 09:00 to 18:00.
    2. Outside Metro Manila: To coordinate with the GoTyme Bank Marketing (marketing@gotyme.com.ph) and Customer Service team (email: help@gotyme.com.ph, hotline: 7739-5310) on the requirements and delivery of prizes.
15. For the flight prize, the following terms and conditions shall apply:
    1. Travel dates will be set within six (6) months from the date the prize has been awarded.
       1. Travel is not permitted within the period of December 16, 2026 to January 5, 2027.
    2. Flights are non-changeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable once ticketed. Any rebooking due to circumstances beyond the control of GoTyme Bank, including inclement weather, flight disruptions, force majeure, or similar events, shall be subject to the airline’s applicable policies and availability.
    3. All other costs, except those explicitly stated in the "Prizes" section, shall be shouldered by the winner, including but not limited to meals, travel insurance, and any other personal expenses not covered under the prize package.
16. GoTyme Bank shall not be held liable for any issues arising from the participants’ return travel, including but not limited to flight cancellations, rebooking needs, travel disruptions, immigration or visa issues, or any inability to travel within the designated fly window or any other matter outside of GoTyme Bank’s control. Any costs or arrangements required to address such circumstances shall be solely for the account of the winner and/or their OFW beneficiary.
17. Prizes are not convertible to cash and may not be exchanged for other items or services, except as otherwise provided herein.
18. All GoTyme Bank employees, their partners and affiliates, and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from participating in this promotion.
19. Prize taxes are for the account of GoTyme Bank Corporation.
20. As a condition of receiving the prize, the winners shall participate in and cooperate with GoTyme Bank's marketing and promotional activities related to the Promo. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize or any unclaimed portion thereof, at GoTyme Bank's discretion, subject to applicable law.
21. The winners shall grant GoTyme Bank the exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information, photographs and videos in connection with the promo for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, grant or remuneration for such use on television, radio, website or social media pages.
22. By claiming a prize, winners release GoTyme Bank from liability for damages as a result of using the raffle prizes, provided such damages are not the result of serious and deliberate misconduct on the part of GoTyme Bank.
23. In case of disputes relating to eligibility, coverage dates, or fulfillment, GoTyme Bank's decision will prevail upon concurrence with DTI.
24. GoTyme Bank reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or withdraw the awarding of prizes to accounts determined to be invalid, blacklisted, suspended, closed, under review, in violation of GoTyme Bank's Terms & Conditions, fraudulent, engaged in promo abuse, or otherwise not in good standing with GoTyme Bank.
