Promo Mechanics
- Promo period is from November 12, 2024 to March 31, 2025.
- This promo is open to new and existing GoTyme Bank users (“Qualified Users”)
- Qualified users will get the following Go Rewards points for every qualified transaction within the promo period:
- Qualified users will earn Go Rewards points based on their accumulated in-store qualified spend abroad within a thirty (30) day period from their first purchase.
Accumulated qualified spend per 30 days Bonus Go Rewards points Php 5,000.00 to 14,999.99 25 Go Rewards points Php 15,000.00 to 29,999.99 100 Go Rewards points Php 30,000.00 and above 200 Go Rewards points - This will be in addition to the Go Rewards points earned from individual transactions with the GoTyme Visa Debit Card
- "Qualified spend” is defined as an international in-store transaction paid using GoTyme Bank Visa debit card
- All stores abroad are eligible as long the GoTyme Bank Visa debit card is accepted.
- Qualified users will earn Go Rewards points based on their accumulated in-store qualified spend abroad within a thirty (30) day period from their first purchase.
- Qualified users are entitled to up to 200 Go Reward points for qualified spend within each 30-day period.
- The accumulation of Go Rewards points begins on the first detected international POS transaction and lasts for thirty (30) days.
- International purchases made online and QR payments are not qualified.
- Earned points shall be automatically added to the Qualified User’s Go Rewards account after each accumulated qualified spend per tier within the 30-day period.
- GoTyme reserves the right to withhold, refuse, withdraw, or revoke the awarding of Go Rewards points from users and their respective balances without prior notice, even if the user has already received and/or used the Go Rewards points awarded, if any of the following occur:
- GoTyme Bank reasonably believes that the Qualified user is engaged in or employed any fraudulent, unfair, and/or illegal schemes, methods, means or devices (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits, using fictitious accounts, etc.);
- The Qualified user’s claimed transaction is an unrecognized transaction in GoTyme Bank’s systems;
- The Qualified user’s GoTyme Bank or Go Rewards account is invalid, suspended, dormant, or closed;
- The Qualified user failed to abide by the mechanics herein or terms and conditions of GoTyme Bank and/or Go Rewards; or
- Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer or merchant-initiated (e.g. return items, duplicate debits)
- Should the Go Rewards points balance be insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn or revoked from the user due to reasons mentioned in number 8 above, GoTyme reserves the right to either:
- debit the unused Go Rewards points from user’s Go Rewards points balance when such balance becomes sufficient; or
- Charge from the user’s existing GoTyme account at a rate of PHP .80 per awarded Go Rewards point that is being revoked or withdrawn.
- GoTyme Bank is solely responsible for the fulfillment of this promotion, notwithstanding that the GoTyme visa debit card is used for purchases with a third-party.
- This promotion is not a partnership with these merchants in any way and has not been coordinated with these retail merchants. GoTyme is solely responsible for the execution of this promotion through the unilateral award of points to customers' accounts.
- The customer must notify GoTyme of any complaints regarding the promo within thirty (30) days from the end of the promo period, otherwise, the amount of GoRewards Points awarded shall be deemed conclusively correct and accurate.
