TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Paymongo Capital Cashback Promo is open to all eligible Customers of Paymongo Capital powered by GoTyme Bank Corporation (“GoTyme”) during the promo period. Eligible Customers are defined as:
   1. Customers who have not availed of a Paymongo Capital loan previously
   2. Customers with a minimum loan offer of PHP 1,000,000
2. To avail of the Promo, the customer must do the following requirements:
   1. Apply for a Paymongo Capital loan worth at least PHP 1,000,000 during the promo period.
   2. Pay the full loan repayable through direct split settlement on or before the loan end date specified in the Merchant Flexible Financing Agreement.
3. Loan repayable includes all fees and charges on top of the Paymongo Capital loan principal, as seen in the Merchant Flexible Financing Agreement, the Disclosure Statement, and Terms and Conditions (collectively “Agreements for Flexible Financing”)
4. Eligible Customers will have a 15% cashback applied to the fixed fee of the loan. The maximum cashback a Customer can receive is PHP 20,000 per loan.
5. The cashback will be credited by GoTyme to the Customer within 30 business day after the full loan payment is confirmed by GoTyme. The Paymongo Capital loan disbursement bank account will be used to credit the cashback.
6. Total loan repayable must be settled by the merchant through the direct split settlement feature of Paymongo Capital.
7. Customers can only avail this Promo once within the promo period.
8. The Promo is non-transferable and is not exchangeable for or convertible to credit or other goods and services.
9. Any amendment in the terms and conditions governing the Promo is subject to prior DTI approval.
10. Upon reasonable belief of GoTyme Bank, any Customer who will manipulate, game, or exploit the Promo, or any attempt thereof, through fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, illegal means or method intended to circumvent the terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification.
11. Any personal or sensitive information supplied by Customer to GoTyme pursuant to this Promo/the registration process will be understood as the Customer’s express, active, and positive consent to allow GoTyme its affiliates, and authorized/partner third parties, to collect and process such information for the purpose of determining eligibility and other marketing purposes. Such consent shall be valid until the purposes enumerated have been fulfilled.
12. The Customer must notify GoTyme Bank for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of GoTyme Bank on the complaint, with concurrence of DTI FTEB, where applicable, shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email help@gotyme.com.ph
