PROMO MECHANICS

Promo Duration: November 22, 2024, to January 17, 2025.

  1. Promo period is from November 22, 2024, to January 17, 2025.
  2. This promo is open to new and existing active (“qualified users”) GoTyme Bank Corporation (“GoTyme Bank”)
  3. Qualified users will get eight (8) Go Rewards points for every qualified transaction within the promo period, on top of the normal Go Reward point/s earned per transaction:
    1. Qualified transaction means that qualified users must have an in-app pay-bills transaction with a minimum spend of One Hundred Pesos (Php100.00)
    2. Qualified users must make two (2) qualified transactions in the GoTyme Bank app within a thirty (30) day period from their first qualified transaction.
    3. For avoidance of doubt, each qualified user is eligible to earn a maximum of eight (8) Go Reward points for every thirty (30) day period, regardless of the number of qualified transactions made during that period.
  4. Qualified users will get the Go Rewards points credited to their GoTyme Bank account immediately after achieving the two (2) qualified transaction threshold.
    1. Qualified users may only receive the 8 Go Rewards points once every 30 days during the promo duration.
  5. GoTyme Bank reserves the right to withhold, refuse, withdraw, or take back the reward from users and their respective balances, without prior notice and even if the user has already received and/or used the reward if any of the following occur:
    1. GoTyme Bank reasonably suspects and/or proves that the Qualified user engaged in or employed fraudulent, unfair, and/or illegal schemes, methods, means or devices (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits, using fictitious accounts, etc.);
    2. GoTyme Bank deems that the Qualified user is or was not qualified from participating in this promo and/or should not be entitled to the award;
    3. The Qualified user’s GoTyme Bank or Go Rewards account is invalid, suspended, dormant, or closed;
    4. The Qualified user failed to abide by the mechanics herein and the terms and conditions of GoTyme Bank and/or Go Rewards; or
    5. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer or merchant-initiated. 
  6. The customer must notify GoTyme Bank for any complaints regarding the promo within thirty (30) days from the end of the promo period. The decision of GoTyme Bank on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email help@gotyme.com.ph.
