PROMO MECHANICS

1. This promotion (“promo”) is open to all valid GoTyme Bank debit cardholders. Reservations with restaurants must be made in advance through the OpenRice mobile app or website and paid in-store using a valid GoTyme Bank debit card.
2. The promo period is from September 22, 2025 to December 22, 2025. Blackout dates apply on regular and special non-working holidays, and special promotion dates depending on the participating restaurants.
3. This promo shall be valid for dine-in transactions only. After dining on your reserved booking, simply pay your total bill with your GoTyme Bank debit card through the restaurant’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal, and the applicable discount will be applied automatically.
4. The promo entitles the GoTyme Bank cardholder to either a 20% or 30% discount (as indicated in the OpenRice mobile app or website as well) on their total bill at the participating restaurants when they book a table through the OpenRice mobile app or website and pay using their GoTyme Bank debit card.

5. The discount under this promo may be availed of only once per cardholder per calendar day, regardless of the number of transactions or restaurant visits made on that day. Cancellations or no-shows will count toward this daily limit. 
6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts. Senior citizens can either avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. Rice Biz Philippines Inc. (“OpenRice”), the participating restaurants and/or GoTyme Bank reserves the right to deny any discount availment under this promo if it reasonably suspects and/or determines that the cardholder has engaged in fraudulent, unfair, and/or illegal schemes, methods, means or devices to obtain the benefits hereunder. 
2. The discount is non-transferable, non-cumulative, and not convertible into cash, credit, gift certificates, or other goods/services. Any unused portion will lapse upon settlement of the bill. 
3. Any dispute related to products, services, or merchant-related concerns (e.g. restaurant participation, discount application) shall be handled by OpenRice and its customer service team, with the concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industry (“DTI”). 
4. In the event of any dispute regarding the cardholder’s eligibility or payment-related concerns, the decision of GoTyme, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final. 
5. By participating in this promo, the cardholder (a) confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions, and (b) agrees to hold GoTyme Bank and OpenRice, their officers and directors harmless and free from any and all liability that may arise from his/her participation in this promo or use of OpenRice mobile app and website, including but not limited to system errors, delays, or failure in processing discount availment.

1. How do I book and pay?
   1. Reserve your table in advance via the OpenRice mobile app or website. 
   2. Dine in at the restaurant on your reserved date/time. 
   3. Pay your total bill with your GoTyme Bank debit card at the restaurant’s POS terminal—promo rates shall apply automatically.
      
      
2. Are there any usage limits?
   Yes. Only one discount per cardholder per calendar day, regardless of multiple bookings or visits. Cancellations and no‑shows still count toward this daily limit. 
   
   
3. Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
   Yes. Cancellations and no‑shows still count toward your one‑per‑day discount limit, so please cancel at least 24 hours before your booking if you can’t make it.
   
   
4. Can I use other GoTyme payment methods (e.g. QR or Virtual)?
   This promotion is exclusively for GoTyme Bank physical debit cardholders. QR payment and virtual are not eligible. Additionally, you will earn more Go Reward points when you swipe using your card.
