PROMO MECHANICS

1. For new users:
   1. Activate MoreTyme.
   2. Pay at least once using MoreTyme at any activated store to get 100% cashback on monthly fees – up to a maximum of PHP 250 – for all successful purchases made during the promo period.
2. For activated users making their first purchase using MoreTyme:
   • Pay using MoreTyme during the promo period at any activated store to get 100% cashback on monthly fees – up to a maximum of PHP 250 – for all successful purchases made during the promo period.
3. Up to a maximum of PHP 250 total cashback for the whole promo period, based on cumulative spend.
   • Cumulative spend is defined as the total amount of successful purchases made using MoreTyme during the promo period.
4. Cashback will be rewarded only upon full repayment of installments by August 31, 2025.
5. This promo is valid for select MoreTyme users who have received the promo push notification, in-app notification, or email nudge.
6. Promo is valid from May 1 to May 31, 2025.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The GoTyme Bank MoreTyme Cashback Promo is open to new MoreTyme users and first-time MoreTyme shoppers of GoTyme Bank Corporation (“GoTyme Bank”), except MoreTyme users with GoTyme Bank payroll accounts, whose accounts are in good standing during the promo period, with no overdue payments on any other active installments upon crediting of cashback.
   1. New MoreTyme users are defined as users whose MoreTyme accounts have not been activated prior to the promo period.
   2. First-time MoreTyme shoppers are defined as users whose MoreTyme accounts have been activated prior to the promo period, but have not used MoreTyme for transactions.
   3. Good standing users are defined as accounts that are not suspended, blocked, closed, and/or still under account review.
2. The promo period is from May 1, 2025 to May 31, 2025.
3. To avail of the promo, the User must do the following requirements:
   1. For new users:
      1. The User must activate MoreTyme during the promo period.

   2. For activated users making their first purchase using MoreTyme:

   3. The User must ensure that all MoreTyme purchases made during the promo period are fully paid by August 31, 2025 to receive the cashback.
   4. Any default in payment from User’s purchases must be paid on or before August 31, 2025 to qualify for the cashback.
4. Promo crediting period is from September 1-20, 2025. Cashback will be credited to the users’ GoTyme Bank Account upon successful validation.
5. If the User fails to pay all outstanding installments and fees during the promo crediting period, the User will be disqualified from receiving the cashback.
6. The cashback is not exchangeable for or convertible to cash, or other goods and services.
7. Any amendment in the terms and conditions governing the Promo is subject to prior DTI approval.
8. GoTyme Bank reserves the right to withhold rewards in cases of incorrect user information, suspected fraud, or any violation of the Bank’s and MoreTyme terms and conditions. 
9. Upon reasonable belief of GoTyme Bank, any user who will manipulate, game, or exploit the promo, or any attempt thereof, through fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, illegal means or method intended to circumvent the terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification.
10. Any personal or sensitive information supplied by Customer to GoTyme Bank pursuant to this promo/the registration process will be understood as the Customer’s express, active, and positive consent to allow GoTyme Bank its affiliates, and authorized/partner third parties, to collect and process such information for the purpose of determining eligibility and other marketing purposes. Such consent shall be valid until the purposes enumerated have been fulfilled.
11. The customer must notify GoTyme Bank for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of GoTyme Bank on the complaint, with concurrence of DTI FTEB, where applicable, shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email help@gotyme.com.ph.
