Promo Mechanics

1. This promo is open to new and existing active GoTyme Bank Corporation (“GoTyme”) users who will successfully pay using their GoTyme Bank Visa debit card in select partner Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. (RRHI) stores within the promo period. (link a list of all participating stores)

2. Participants must pay using their GoTyme Visa debit card transaction to qualify (“Qualified transactions”), with a minimum amount of ₱1,000.00 in a single transaction to qualify as one raffle ticket
3. The promo is applicable to qualified transactions made from November 16, 2024 (0:00) – January 31, 2025 (23:59). Splitting of transactions to earn more raffle entries is not allowed.
4. Participants can earn unlimited raffle entries but may only win once. Any cancellation, refund, or returns of orders will result in cancellation of that raffle entry.
5. The User must have updated contact details in GoTyme Bank’s records.  
6. All employees of GoTyme Bank and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo. 
7. There will be one (1) winner of the Major Prize and nine (9) winners of the Minor Prize:
   1. The Major Prize are three (3) sets of round-trip Cebu Pacific “Go Easy” tickets good for 2 to the winner’s choice in any of the following available destinations: Brunei Darussalam, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
      1. Australia and the United Arab Emirates are not included in the list of accepted destinations
      2. “Go Easy” tickets include 1 piece hand-carry bag maximum weight of 7kg and 1 piece checked-in luggage maximum weight of 20kg
      3. The prize will cover total costs of the ticket (including base fare and travel tax)  
   2. The Minor Prizes consist of: 
      1. Three (3) winners of 13-inch iPad Air Wi-Fi 256GB  
      2. Six (6) winners of 30,000 worth of Robinsons GC  
8. Travel period for the three (3) flights will be from May 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 
9. All prizes are tax-free and transferable but are not convertible to cash and not for resale.  
   1. Prizes are not transferable to All employees of GoTyme Bank and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
10. The Major Prize winner and his/her chosen companion must have the following:
    1.  A passport valid within the travel period or with validity at least until June 30, 2026;  
    2. A Visa valid during the travel period in the chosen countries, or whenever required. 
    3. Proof of valid passport and visa, if applicable, to the chosen countries must be sent to marketing@gotyme.com.ph for verification; 
    4. Failure to comply with 10.1 and 10.2 will result in a forfeiture of prizes 
11. The roundtrip airfare from their chosen applicable airport in the Philippines to their chosen country shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:  
    1. Details of the guests and flights of choice must be provided by March 31, 2025, and cannot be amended thereafter.
    2. The dates of the flights shall be determined by the winner within the travel period.
    3. Flights shall be delivered by Cebu Pacific Airlines.
    4. All flights are non-changeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable once the details have been submitted to GoTyme Bank.
    5. No rebooking or change of dates shall be accommodated.
    6. Only the cost of flights is covered.
    7. Other travel expenses and requirements not included in the above-mentioned prize details (including passport and other travel documents, additional luggage, gadgets, etc.) shall be for the sole account of the raffle winners.
12. The winner shall shoulder the cost of other transportation (e.g. travelling to the airport) and all other travel expenses (hotel accommodation, food, etc.)
13. The raffle draw will be on the second week of February 2025 and shall be conducted virtually in the presence of a representative from GoTyme Bank and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
14. The Winner will be notified by GoTyme Bank via registered mail, e-mail, Viber and/or SMS within two (2) weeks from the draw date. He/she will be given sixty (60) calendar days to acknowledge the message sent by GoTyme Bank. Failure to do so will mean forfeiture of the prize. If, for whatever reason, the winner does not want to avail of the prize, he/she may notify GoTyme Bank by calling GoTyme Bank Customer Service to opt-out. GoTyme Bank reserves the right to award another winner, with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
15. The Winners will be announced and posted on GoTyme Bank’s social media pages, press releases and/or electronic direct mail on February 17, 2025.
16. To claim the prize, winners must present one (1) valid government ID and his/her valid GoTyme Bank Visa debit card at the GoTyme Bank Office located at 21F, Bridgetowne, Giga Tower, 80 Eulogio Rodriguez Jr. Ave, Quezon City, 1110 Metro Manila, between Mondays and Fridays, from 9 AM to 6 PM.
17. Any personal or sensitive information supplied by a Participant to GoTyme Bank will be understood as his or her express, active, and positive consent to allow GoTyme Bank its affiliates, and authorized/partner third- parties, to collect and process such information, and to use or share such information for the purpose of facilitating this promotion, improving its services and products, marketing promotions, analyzing market and business data, maintaining statistical and historical resources that will allow GoTyme Bank to perform better, and other legitimate purpose it may deem beneficial. Such consent shall be valid until the purposes enumerated have been fulfilled.
18. By joining this campaign, participants hereby agree to give consent to GoTyme Bank to have their names appear in Public Channels. Your acceptance to be chosen as the winner or act of claiming any of the prizes under this promo shall be taken as your clear and categorical expression of your consent for GoTyme Bank to use your name in Public Channels.
19. All tickets, bookings, and merchandise in connection with the Prizes were procured and supplied by GoTyme Bank. Any issue/concern pertaining to the tickets and activities/itineraries shall be raised to and addressed/settled by GoTyme Bank. The winners and his/her companion shall have sole recourse against GoTyme Bank in case of any issue on the tickets and/or the activities/itineraries, including but not limited to changes/delay/cancellation of flight schedule, refusal of admission in the venue.
20. Upon claiming of the prize, the winners agree to free GoTyme Bank from any liability for damages suffered as a result of using the raffle prize(s), provided such damages are not the result of serious and deliberate misconduct on the side of GoTyme Bank. GoTyme Bank shall not be held liable for any claim related to the raffle rewards. Consequently, GoTyme Bank shall not entertain any request for indemnity of reimbursement accompanying such claim.
