Terms and Conditions

1. The promo is open to all active GoTyme Bank account holders with a GoTyme Bank Visa debit card (“Customer”).  
2. Promo is valid from October 4, 2024 to March 31, 2025.
3. The promo entitles the Customer to the following benefits:

4. To avail of the Promo, the Customer must use his/her GoTyme Bank Visa debit card to pay for his/her single-receipt bill (inclusive of VAT, service charges, and prevailing local taxes) at The Grid within the promo period.
5. Maximum discount of PHP 500.00 (or maximum spend of PHP 2,000) for every single-receipt bill with no minimum spend.
6. Discount is not applicable to QRPh payments or online orders for deliveries.
7. Discount will only apply to total bill exclusive of VAT, service charges, and prevailing local taxes unless otherwise specified by the merchant.
8. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, privileges or VIP cards. The discount is not exchangeable for or convertible to cash, credit or other goods and services.
9. Customers with mandatory and government-regulated discount have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply. In the purchase of goods and services subject to a promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
10. Any amendment in the terms and conditions governing the Promo is subject to prior DTI approval.
11. Any personal or sensitive information supplied by Customer to GoTyme pursuant to this promo/the registration process will be understood as the Customer’s express, active, and positive consent to allow GoTyme its affiliates, and authorized/partner third parties, to collect and process such information for the purpose of determining eligibility and other marketing purposes. Such consent shall be valid until the purposes enumerated have been fulfilled.  
12. The customer must notify GoTyme Bank for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of GoTyme Bank on the complaint, with concurrence of DTI FTEB, where applicable, shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email help@gotyme.com.ph
