50 + 50 Referral Rewards

Promo Mechanics

1. Promo runs from July 16, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
2. This referral promo is open to the following:
   1. GoTyme’s selected media partners, key online influencers, content creators, partner agencies and/or establishments, and online/offline community leaders hereinafter referred to as “GoTyme Partners” (referrer), and
   2. New GoTyme Bank Corporation (“GoTyme Bank”) users who: i. have not opened a 
      GoTyme Bank account before July 16, 2024, ii. are referred for the first time by a GoTyme Partner; and iii. are successfully able to onboard, print a debit card, and open an account with GoTyme Bank during the promo period, obtain or have a valid Go Rewards membership and make a successful Qualifying Transaction as defined below, hereinafter referred to as “Friend” (referee).
3. GoTyme Partners should be an existing GoTyme account holder and Go Rewards member. For avoidance of doubt, GoTyme Bank shall have the sole discretion to select GoTyme Partners for the purposes of this promo. As part of the criteria for selection, GoTyme Bank shall decide based on a candidate’s current and past collaboration with the GoTyme Bank.
4. Friends are only eligible to join this promotion once.
5. Once selected, GoTyme Partners will be given a unique referral code coursed through a GoTyme designated marketing representative through their e-mail. GoTyme Partners can share their assigned unique referral code to their Friends.
6. By sharing or using the unique referral code during the promo period, the GoTyme Partners and Friends, respectively, shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, the Data Privacy Policy available at https://www.gotyme.com.ph/privacy-policy/; and all other related rules and policies of GoTyme Bank.
7. Friends will need to enter the referral code when he/she opens a GoTyme Bank account and will need to do a physical debit card payment transaction worth at least Php 50.00 within 15 days upon account opening (“Qualifying Transaction”).
8. For each successful physical debit card payment transaction worth at least Php 50.00 (“Earn Transaction”), GoTyme Partner and Friend will be credited 50 Go Rewards points each to their Go Rewards wallet, with a maximum of 2 Earn Transactions for a total of 100 Go Rewards points. Earn Transactions must occur on different days.
   1. For Trade and/or Marketing events and activations spearheaded by GoTyme Bank with no identified GoTyme Partner, only the Friend will be credited up to 100 Go Rewards points for Earn Transactions.
9. GoTyme reserves the right to revoke the GoTyme Partnership status/eligibility at its sole discretion and the right to withhold, refuse, withdraw, or take back the awarding of Go Rewards points from users and their respective balances, without prior notice and even if the user has already received and/or used the Go Rewards points awarded if any of the following occur: 
   1. GoTyme reasonably suspects and/or proves that the GoTyme Partner/Friend engaged in or employed fraudulent, unfair, and/or illegal schemes, methods, means or devices (i.e. 
      abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits, using fictitious accounts, etc.); 
   2. GoTyme deems that the GoTyme Partner/Friend is or was not qualified from participating in this promo and/or should not be entitled to the award; 
   3. The GoTyme Partner/Friend’s GoTyme or Go Rewards account is invalid, suspended, dormant, placed on debit or credit hold, or closed; 
   4. The GoTyme Partner/Friend failed to abide by the terms and conditions of GoTyme and/or Go Rewards; or
   5. Should the Qualifying and/or Earning Transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or merchant-initiated. 
10. If the GoTyme Partner’s or Friend’s Go Rewards points balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn or taken back at the time of withdrawal or taking back, GoTyme reserves the right to either: 
    1. Debit the unused Go Rewards points from GoTyme Partner’s or Friend’s Go Rewards points balance when such balance becomes sufficient; or
    2. Debit payment for the Go Rewards points from GoTyme Partner’s or Friend’s existing GoTyme account at a rate of PHP .80 per awarded Go Rewards point to be taken back or withdrawn.
11. The customer must notify GoTyme for any complaints regarding the promo within thirty (30) days from the end of the promo period. The decision of GoTyme on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email help@gotyme.com.ph
