Terms & Conditions

1. The promo is open to all active GoTyme Bank account holders with a GoTyme Visa debit card (“Customer”).
2. Promo is valid from January 20, 2025 to April 30, 2025.
3. The promo entitles the Customer to the following benefits:

4. To avail of the Promo, the Customer must use his/her GoTyme Visa debit card to pay for his/her single-receipt bill (inclusive of VAT, service charges, and prevailing local taxes) at The Grid within the promo period.
5. Discount is not applicable to QR payments and food delivery.
6. Discount will only apply to total bill exclusive of VAT, service charges, and prevailing local taxes unless otherwise specified by the merchant.
7. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, privileges or VIP cards. The discount is not exchangeable for or convertible to cash, credit or other goods and services.
8. Customers with mandatory and government-regulated discount have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply. In the purchase of goods and services subject to a promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
9. Any amendment in the terms and conditions governing the Promo is subject to prior DTI approval.
10. Any personal or sensitive information supplied by Customer to GoTyme pursuant to this promo/the registration process will be understood as the Customer’s express, active, and positive consent to allow GoTyme its affiliates, and authorized/partner third parties, to collect and process such information for the purpose of determining eligibility and other marketing purposes. Such consent shall be valid until the purposes enumerated have been fulfilled.
