Promo Mechanics

1. Promo period is from March 15, 2023 to March 31, 2023.
   
   
2. This promo is exclusive to GoTyme Bank account holders with an active GoTyme Debit Card and a GoTyme account linked to their Go Rewards account at the time of purchase, who will use their GoTyme Debit Card within the promo period in participating Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. (RRHI) stores nationwide (“Qualified GoTyme Users”).
   
   
3. Qualified GoTyme Users must present their Go Rewards account QR code to the cashier in participating RRHI stores upon purchase, and pay using their GoTyme Bank account to get four times (4x) Go Rewards points based on the participating RRHI stores’ standard points earn rates, as follows:
   • Robinsons Appliance: 1 point for every PHP 400 spend
   • Robinsons Easymart: 1 point for every PHP 400 spend
   • Robinsons Supermarket: 1 point for every PHP 400 spend
   • Rose Pharmacy: 1 point for every PHP 400 spend
   • Savers Appliance: 1 point for every PHP 400 spend
   • Southstar Drug: 1 point for every PHP 400 spend
   • No Brand: 1 point for every PHP 250 spend
   • Shopwise: 1 point for every PHP 250 spend
   • The Marketplace: 1 point for every PHP 250 spend
   • Daiso Japan: 1 point for every PHP 200 spend
   • Handyman: 1 point for every PHP 200 spend
   • Pet Lovers Centre: 1 point for every PHP 200 spend
   • Robinsons Department Store: 1 point for every PHP 200 spend
   • Super 50: 1 point for every PHP 200 spend
   • Toys R Us: 1 point for every PHP 200 spend
   • True Value: 1 point for every PHP 100 spend
     
     Example: For a purchase amount of P400 in a RRHI store with a standard points earn rate of 1 point for every PHP400 spend, the Qualified GoTyme User will be awarded the following Go Rewards Points:

4. Bonus Go Rewards points from GoTyme Bank shall be based on the final receipt amount paid using the GoTyme Bank account, and the standard points earn rate for the RRHI store where the purchase was made. Points from GoTyme Bank will be automatically credited by GoTyme Bank to the Go Rewards account linked to the GoTyme Bank account used for payment.

GoTyme Bank Terms and Conditions

1. Go Rewards points awarded from this promotion shall be governed by and can be used in accordance with the Go Rewards Terms and Conditions.
   
   
2. GoTyme reserves the right to withhold and refuse the awarding of Go Rewards points from users and their respective balances, without prior notice and even if the user has already received and/or used the Go Rewards points awarded if any of the following occur:
   
   1. GoTyme reasonably suspects and/or proves that the Qualified GoTyme User engaged in or employed fraudulent, unfair, and/or illegal schemes, methods, means or devices (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits, using fictitious accounts, etc.);
   2. GoTyme deems that the Qualified GoTyme User is or was not qualified from participating in this promo and/or should not be entitled to the award;
   3. The Qualified GoTyme  User’s GoTyme or Go Rewards account is invalid, suspended, dormant, or closed;
   4. The Qualified GoTyme User failed to abide by the terms and conditions of GoTyme and/or Go Rewards; or
   5. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or merchant-initiated.
      
      
3. The customer must notify GoTyme for any complaints regarding the promo within thirty (30) days from the end of the promo period. The decision of GoTyme on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email help@gotyme.com.ph.
