Fly Free for a Year Raffle Promo

Promo Mechanics

1. Promo period is from February 25, 2023 to June 30, 2023.
   
   
2. This promo is open to new and existing active GoTyme Bank Corporation (“GoTyme”) users who will successfully pay for flights or add-ons in Cebu Pacific using their GoTyme Account (“Qualified users”). Cebu Pacific refers to Cebu Pacific’s official merchant names (CEBU PACIFIC, CEBU PAC, CEBU AIR).
   
   
3. Qualified users will earn 1 raffle entry for every P500 spent, per single receipt transaction, on Cebu Pacific.
   
   
4. Qualified users who have successfully paid for their flights will be entitled to keep their earned raffle entries even if they subsequently rebook their flights and/or add-ons as long as they do not refund their payments.
   
   
5. Qualified users who refund their payments for flights or add-ons within the promo period will have their corresponding earned raffle entries revoked. GoTyme reserves the right to revoke raffle entries without prior notice.
   
   
6. In order to join this promo, the Qualified user must completely fill-up the online registration form HERE and provide the following details:
   1. Full name
   2. GoTyme Bank account number
   3. Mobile number
   4. Email address
   5. Complete address
   6. Acknowledgement of willingness to join the promo and to be bound by the terms and conditions in the promo mechanics
      
      
7. Deadline of submission of entries is on June 30, 2023.
   
   
8. Determination of winners will be held on July 7, 2023 through a randomizer (https://www.random.org/draws/) in the presence of a DTI representative.
   
   
9. The prizes for this promo will consist of a total of fifteen (15) roundtrip flights which will be equally distributed between three (3) winners for this promo. Upon booking, local/domestic flights are valid for 1 year, while foreign flights are valid for 6 months.
   
   To be clear, each of the three (3) winners will be able to redeem five (5) roundtrip flights from GoTyme, up to a maximum value of PHP 20,000.00 per flight, inclusive of all taxes, surcharges, and fees (“prize cap”).
   
   Up to the value of the prize cap, GoTyme will shoulder all payments relating to the airline ticket, taxes on the ticket, withholding taxes on prizes, and all other related fees, expenses, and taxes.
   
   
10. The awarded roundtrip flights, including those booked by GoTyme, are transferable but non-convertible to cash.
    
    
11.  Announcement of winners will be on July 14, 2023 on the GoTyme Facebook and Instagram accounts, and media outlets.
    
    
12. Winners shall be notified via registered email and SMS and their names will be posted at  GoTyme’s or its partners’ online touchpoints (GoTyme Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, Instagram pages), and media outlets, publications, and materials. (Collectively, “Public Channels”).
    
    
13. The winner may claim his or her prize, the e-ticket, via the winner’s registered e-mail or at 21st Floor Giga Tower, Bridgetowne, C5 Road, Brgy Ugong Norte, E. Rodriguez Jr. Ave 1110 Quezon City, Philippines during GoTyme’s usual office hours.
    
    
14. To claim the prize in person, winners must present a valid government ID and sign an acknowledgement receipt.
    
    
15. If claiming thru an authorized representative, the winner must provide GoTyme, through the authorized representative, a signed and notarized special power of attorney granting the authorized representative permission to claim the prize on his or her behalf.
    
    
16. The mechanics for claiming the prize will be as follows:
    1. To redeem roundtrip flights, the winner must communicate the following details to GoTyme via help@gotyme.com.ph on or before September 13, 2023:
       1. Preferred flight details:
          • Preferred flight dates and times (departure and arrival date + preferred times)
          • Preferred destinations
       2. If the preferred flight is international, the winner must submit a clear and readable picture of his or her valid and unexpired Passport’s Bio-Page, with signature. If applicable, the winner must also provide a clear and readable picture of applicable visas which should be valid for the entire duration your proposed flight dates. 
       3. If the preferred flight is local, the winner must submit a clear and readable picture of a valid and unexpired Government ID (front and back), with signature. 
    2. Preferred flight dates should be between July 20, 2023 until July 19, 2024.
    3. Based on the winner’s preferences, GoTyme shall exercise its discretion to book the winner’s roundtrip flight, subject to flight availability, prize cap and the prevailing conditions at the time of booking.
    4. The winner understands and agrees that GoTyme may not be able to book flights exactly in accordance with the winner’s preferences and/or instructions but it shall, to the extent practicable, endeavor to do so.
    5. GoTyme reserves the right to refuse redemptions made by winners if the details sent to it by the winner are incomplete, vague, or invalid.
       
       
17. Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of GoTyme with prior approval of DTI.
    
    
18. All employees of GoTyme Bank and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
    
    
19. Any personal or sensitive information supplied by a Qualified user to GoTyme will be understood as his or her express, active, and positive consent to allow GoTyme its affiliates, and authorized/partner third- parties, to collect and process such information, and to use or share such information to make flight bookings with Cebu Air, inc., for the purpose of redeeming the prize under this promotion. Such consent shall be valid until the purposes enumerated have been fulfilled.
    
    
20. By joining this campaign, participants hereby agree to give consent to GoTyme to have their names appear in Public Channels. Your acceptance to be chosen as the winner or act of claiming any of the prizes under this promo shall be taken as your clear and categorical expression of your consent for GoTyme to use your name in Public Channels.
    
    
21. The customer must notify GoTyme for any complaints regarding the promo within thirty (30) days from the end of the promo period. The decision of GoTyme on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final.
