PROMO MECHANICS

1. Promo runs from July 9, 2025 to September 9, 2025.
2. This promotion is open to select GoTyme Bank Corporation (“GoTyme Bank”) customers with no Facebook advertising spend in the past 3 months (90 days) from the start of the promo period.  
3. All employees of GoTyme Bank and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo. 
4. Eligible users who make a successful minimum payment of at least PHP 1,000 on Facebook Ads credits will receive 1% Go Rewards points on top of any regular Go Rewards points earned from the purchase.  
   1. Each user can earn up to a maximum of 100 Go Rewards points within a 30-day period starting from their first qualified transaction. The 100-point cap resets after each 30-day cycle, allowing users to continue earning up to 100 points until the end of the 2nd 30-day cycle of the promo period. 
5. Go Rewards points will be credited to the user's linked Go Rewards account within seven (7) business days after the qualified transaction, subject to the conditions outlined in these mechanics.  
6. The Go Rewards points earned under this promo are non-transferable. 
7. GoTyme reserves the right to withhold or refuse to award any Go Rewards points that may be earned, or to revoke any Go Rewards points already awarded under this promo, including those that have already been used or redeemed by the user, at its sole discretion and without need of prior notice, should any of the following occur:  
   1. GoTyme reasonably suspects and/or determines that the user engaged in or employed fraudulent, unfair, and/or illegal schemes, methods, means or devices (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits, using fictitious accounts, etc.); 
   2. GoTyme deems that the user is or was not qualified from participating in this promo and/or should not be entitled to the award; 
   3. The user’s account is invalid, suspended, dormant, placed on debit or credit hold, closed, or under review; 
   4. The user’s failed to abide by the terms and conditions of GoTyme and/or Go Rewards; or 
   5. Should the transaction be cancelled or declined for any reason whatsoever.
