GoTyme Bank Referral Rewards Promo

Promo Mechanics

1. Promo runs from July 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
   
   
2. Eligibility: This referral promo is open to the following:
   1. Selected media partners, key online influencers, content creators, partner agencies and/or establishments, online/offline community leaders, and GoTyme Users hereinafter referred to as "GoTyme Bank Partners" (GoTyme Partner); and 
   2. New GoTyme Bank Corporation ("GoTyme Bank") users hereinafter referred to as "GoTyme Bank Friends" who:
      • have not opened a GoTyme Bank account before July 1, 2026;
      • are referred for the first time by a GoTyme Bank partner; and
      • are successfully able to onboard and open an account with GoTyme Bank during the promo period, obtain or have a valid Go Rewards membership, and make a successful Qualifying Transaction as defined below,
        
        
3. GoTyme Bank Partners should be existing GoTyme account holders and Go Rewards members. For the avoidance of doubt, GoTyme Bank shall have the sole discretion to select GoTyme Bank Partners for the purposes of this promo. Selection may be based on factors including, but not limited to, account status, account activity, customer engagement, participation in previous GoTyme programs, customer segment, and other criteria determined by GoTyme Bank.
   
   
4. GoTyme Bank Friends are only eligible to join this promotion once.
   
   
5. Once selected, GoTyme Bank Partners will be given a unique referral code coursed through their GoTyme Bank mobile app. GoTyme Bank Partners can share their assigned unique referral code to their Friends.  
   
   
6. By sharing or using the unique referral code during the promo period, the GoTyme Bank Partners and Friends, respectively, shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, the Data Privacy Policy available at https://www.gotyme.com.ph/privacy-policy/; and all other related rules and policies of GoTyme Bank.  
   
   
7. GoTyme Bank Friends will need to enter the referral code when opening a GoTyme Bank account and must complete an in-store card payment worth at least PHP 50.00 within 15 days of account opening ("Qualifying Transaction"). A maximum of two (2) Qualifying Transaction per GoTyme Bank Friend shall be counted, and each must occur on a separate calendar day.
   
   

For each successful transaction, GoTyme Bank Partner and Friend will each be credited 50 Go Rewards points each to their respective Go Rewards wallets, for a maximum of 100 Go Rewards points per person.

7. 1. For Trade and/or Marketing events and activations directly spearheaded by GoTyme Bank with no identified GoTyme Bank Partner and where no GoTyme Bank Partner referral code is assigned or required, GoTyme Bank may issue a referral code directly to eligible participants for use during the promo period. In such cases, only the GoTyme Bank Friend will be credited up to 100 Go Rewards points upon successful account opening and completion of a Qualifying Transaction.
      
      
8. Go Rewards points will be credited to the GoTyme Bank Partner and Friend’s linked Go Rewards account within seven (7) business days after the successful transaction, subject to the conditions outlined in these mechanics. 
   
   
9. GoTyme Bank reserves the right to revoke the GoTyme Bank Partner status/eligibility at its sole discretion and the right to withhold, refuse, withdraw, or take back the awarding of Go Rewards points from users and their respective balances, without prior notice and even if the user has already received and/or used the Go Rewards points awarded if any of the following occur: 
   1. GoTyme Bank reasonably suspects and/or proves that the GoTyme Bank Partner/Friend engaged in or employed fraudulent, unfair, and/or illegal schemes, methods, means or devices (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits, using fictitious accounts, etc.);  
   2. GoTyme Bank deems that the GoTyme Bank Partner/Friend is or was not qualified from participating in this promo and/or should not be entitled to the award;  
   3. The GoTyme Bank Partner /Friend’s GoTyme Bank or Go Rewards account is invalid, suspended, dormant, placed on debit or credit hold, or closed;  
   4. The GoTyme Bank Partner/Friend failed to abide by the terms and conditions of GoTyme Bank and/or Go Rewards; or  
   5. Should the Qualifying and/or Earning Transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or merchant-initiated. 
      
      
10. If the GoTyme Bank Partner’s or Friend’s Go Rewards points balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn or taken back at the time of withdrawal or taking back, GoTyme Bank reserves the right to either: 
    1. Debit the unused Go Rewards points from GoTyme Bank Partner’s or Friend’s Go Rewards points balance when such balance becomes sufficient; or  
    2. Debit payment for the Go Rewards points from GoTyme Bank Partner’s or GoTyme Bank Friend’s existing GoTyme account at a rate of PHP .80 per awarded Go Rewards point to be taken back or withdrawn.  For reference, this rate reflects the approximate cash equivalent value of one (1) Go Rewards point at the time of this promo. GoTyme Bank reserves the right to update this rate prospectively, subject to prior notice. The total amount debited shall not exceed the peso equivalent of the total Go Rewards points originally awarded under this promo.
       
       
11. The customer must notify GoTyme Bank of any complaints regarding the promo within thirty (30) days from the end of the promo period. The decision of GoTyme Bank on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final.
