For foreign nationals, GoTyme Bank requires a Passport and a valid ACR-I Card (Alien Certificate of Registration Identity Card). Both documents are necessary to confirm your identity and legal residency in the Philippines.
In some cases, you may be asked to re-upload your ID or provide additional documents if your image is unclear or your ACR-I type needs verification.
Tip: Always use your primary IDs listed above. Secondary IDs (like company IDs or school IDs) are not accepted for account opening.
