How long is the ID processing time?

Once you’ve successfully uploaded your valid ID and selfie, GoTyme Bank will review your documents to confirm your identity. Processing typically takes around two (2) business days, although this may vary depending on verification volume or system traffic.

The review includes validating your ID details, comparing your selfie for biometric matching, and checking that your documents meet BSP and anti-money laundering requirements. You’ll receive an in-app update or notification once your account has been approved or if additional verification is needed.

If your ID image is unclear, cropped, or mismatched with your input details, your verification may take longer or be placed on hold until you re-upload the correct documents.

Tip: To speed up processing, make sure your ID photo is well-lit, not blurry, and shows all edges clearly. Avoid glare or shadows over key details like your name, photo, or ID number.
