How can I withdraw at a Pay&Go kiosk?

To withdraw cash at a Pay&Go kiosk, follow the instructions below:

1. On the Pay&Go kiosk, select “Cash Out”, “Banks”, and then “Other Banks via QRPH”
2. Enter your mobile number to receive updates about your transaction 
3. Enter your withdrawal amount and confirm the amount. A QR will appear on the screen.
4. Open your GoTyme Bank app, tap “Scan QR” and scan the QR code on the Pay&Go kiosk.
5. Review and confirm the transaction on your GoTyme Bank app. 
6. Collect your cash and check your updated balance.

We recommend to always print and keep a copy of your receipt in case you need help with your transaction.
