How do I cancel and replace my debit card?

1. On the GoTyme Bank app, scroll down to the section displaying your digital debit card, and you will see an arrow pointing to the right. Tap the arrow.
2. Tap "Cancel and replace the card." 
3. Choose the reason why you want to cancel the card.
   • It's been lost/stolen.
   • My card details were leaked.
   • It stopped working.
   • I want to stop the charges.
4. Tap "Yes, cancel card" if you are sure you want to cancel the card. Otherwise, you have the option to select "No, lock the card instead."
   
   

Important:

• Your current card will be deactivated immediately.
• You will need to print a new card, with a printing fee of PHP200. 
• Be sure to update your subscriptions linked to your current card.
