- Fake, second-hand, or used items
- Perishable and consumable goods (e.g. groceries)
- Jewelry or watches worth over ₱5,000
- Real estate, animals, and vehicles
- Event tickets (e.g. concert), cash/cash equivalents, and digital assets (e.g. software)
- Damage by normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, or negligence
- Items are left unattended in a public place or visible in a parked car
