1. What is GoTyme Bank Send Money Abroad? 

GoTyme Bank's Send Money Abroad is an affordable, transparent, and fully digital way of sending money from the Philippines using your GoTyme Bank account to recipients in other countries, directly from the app.

It works by converting your Philippine Peso (PHP) into the currency your recipient will receive and sending it through our global partner, Wise, so it can be delivered to their account.

Once you confirm your transfer, the amount will be deducted from your GoTyme account and processed for delivery based on the selected route and currency. 

2. What does "Powered by Wise" mean for GoTyme Bank?

“Powered by Wise” means GoTyme Bank has partnered with Wise, a global leader in international payments, to help facilitate international transfers.

When you send or receive money abroad through the GoTyme Bank app, your transfer is supported by Wise’s global payments infrastructure, helping ensure your money is processed securely and delivered efficiently to your recipient.

3. Who can use GoTyme Bank's Send Money Abroad? Do I need a US Dollar account?

No, you do not need a US Dollar account to use GoTyme Bank's Send Money Abroad feature. You can use this feature if you have a fully verified GoTyme Bank account with the required information completed.

You’ll need: 
- A fully verified account
- Complete recipient details 

Please make sure to complete your account's verification in the app and  prepare your recipient's details.
Once you have created your account and it's fully verified, the feature should be available for you to use.
