1. How long does it take?
Depending on the currency and destination country, the estimated transfer time may differ due to real-world circumstances. Before any transfer, an estimated arrival time will always be visible for your reference. For a list of standard transfer times, please refer to the table below.

In rare occasions, some transfers may require up to 2 additional banking days to comply with all international regulatory checks.
2. Are there any cut-offs?
Depending on the currency and destination country, there may be cut-off times set by our global banking partners. Transactions sent after the indicated cut-off times will be processed during the next batch or next business day. For a full list of cut-offs, please see the table below,
3. How can I track my transfer?
You can track your Send Money Abroad transfer using transaction receipt found in your transaction history. From this page, you should be able to see the estimated arrival time of your transfer and at what stage your transfer is in. If your current transfer time exceeds the estimated arrival time, you may reach out to our Personal Bankers for more details on your transfer.
