Why was my MoreTyme Virtual Card transaction unsuccessful?

If your MoreTyme Virtual Card transaction was unsuccessful, double check on the following:

• Your MoreTyme virtual card may be locked
• Your MoreTyme virtual card may be deactivated or expired
• You may have insufficient remaining credit limit to cover your full purchase amount
• Your total purchase may not have met the minimum Php 1,500 spend requirement
• You may have an overdue MoreTyme installment that needs to be settled

Don't worry—you can still use MoreTyme in other ways:

• Pay via MoreTyme QR Ph at participating merchants and split your purchase into installments.
• Use MoreTyme Convert to convert eligible past GoTyme Bank debit card purchases into installments.
