How do I cancel my MoreTyme Virtual Card?

1. On the GoTyme Bank app, scroll down to the Cards section, and select your MoreTyme Virtual Card.

2. Once opened, tap "Cancel card".

3. Choose the reason why you want to cancel the card:

• It's been lost/stolen.
• My card details were leaked.
• It stopped working.
• I want to stop the charges.

Tap "Yes, cancel card" if you are sure you want to cancel the card. Otherwise, you have the option to select "No, lock the card instead".

Important:

• Your current card will be deactivated immediately.
• Be sure to update your subscriptions linked to your current card.
• Your MoreTyme installments will not be cancelled.
• You can choose to create a new MoreTyme Virtual Card again.
