Can I return the goods I purchased and request for the cancellation and refund of my MoreTyme transaction?


For requests on refunds and cancellation, please coordinate with the merchant and refer to their returns/cancellation policy. However, approval of a return/cancellation by a merchant does not automatically result to the cancellation of your outstanding installments.
