Your Account Managing your Account Update Personal Details

Here’s how you can update your personal details in the GoTyme Bank app:

To Change Your Address:

  1. Log in to your GoTyme app.
  2. Tap on the Profile icon.
  3. Select Information.
  4. Choose Change Update Address and enter your new address.
  5. Review the details and tap Confirm.
  6. Wait for a confirmation notification once your update is approved.


To Change Your Registered Email Address:

  1. Login to your GoTyme Bank account.
  2. On your account dashboard, tap the human icon on the upper left.
  3. Under the “Info” tab, locate your email address, then tap "Verify".
  4. At the bottom of the screen, tap "Change email address".
  5. Enter a new email address and tap Update.
  6. Check your inbox for a verification email and follow the instructions to confirm the change.


To Change Your Registered Phone Number:

  1. Login to your GoTyme Bank account.
  2. On your account dashboard, tap the human icon on the upper left.
  3. Under the “Info” tab, locate your phone number, then tap "Change".
  4. Complete the selfie verification to confirm your identity.
  5. Enter your new phone number.
  6. Enter the OTP sent to your new phone number.
  7. You will receive a confirmation notification once the update is successful.
