How do I make an in-store deposit to my GoTyme Bank account?

You may deposit to your GoTyme Bank account via dedicated or priority lanes in our Robinsons Retail partner stores.

1. Tap either "Go" or "Menu" on the main screen of the GoTyme app.
2. Tap "In-store deposit."
3. Enter the deposit amount and tap "Next."
4. Choose the Robinsons partner store where you want to make the deposit (e.g. Robinsons Supermarket), then tap the "Get deposit barcode."
5. Show the code to the Robinsons partner store cashier and then deposit your cash.

Note: You can make 2 free over-the-counter deposits per month. Any deposits thereafter will be charged a low 0.5% fee of the deposit amount.
