How do I change my debit card PIN?

Please note that you have the ability to change your PIN code within the GoTyme Bank app, as long as your Visa card is currently active and has not been suspended. Here's a simple guide:

  1. Open the GoTyme Bank app and log in.
  2. Scroll down to the section displaying your digital debit card, where you'll see an arrow pointing to the right. 
  3. Tap the arrow to reveal the 'Change Card PIN' option. Select it and enter your current app passcode.
  4. The app will then prompt you to set a new card PIN.
