Are there fees when receiving international SWIFT transfers with GoTyme Bank?

Yes. We charge:

  • A USD 5 flat fee, and
  • A 0.6% markup on the foreign exchange rate.

Will the sender’s bank charge any fees?

It depends on their bank. You may ask the sender to check with their bank.

Are there other fees I should know about?

Yes, correspondent fees may apply and can vary. These fees are charged by intermediary banks that help process your international transfer before it reaches your GoTyme Bank account.

To help minimize these fees, we recommend asking your Sender to send the money in one of our 22 preferred currencies. These currencies are supported by our partner network and are less likely to incur extra charges:

GoTyme Bank uses the real-time mid-market rate, with a 0.6% FX markup.
