How to use Go Rewards to buy load

1. Open your GoTyme Bank app.
2. Select the Buy Load option, which is centrally located on the home page next to the Pay Bills button.
3. Choose your Telco provider or the service for which you wish to purchase load.
4. Enter the required mobile number or account number.
5. Select the amount of load or the desired package.
6. Tap on 'Next'.
7. Toggle the redeem button to purchase the load. Make sure you have enough Go Rewards points to proceed. The conversion rate is 1 Go Rewards point = 1 Peso.
8. Tap on 'Buy'
9. Wait for the confirmation message to ensure the purchase was successful.
