How to Deposit Over-the-Counter with our Partners

Here's how to make over-the-counter deposits with our partners.

To deposit at a Robinsons Retail partner store, follow the instructions below,

  1. From the GoTyme Bank app home screen, tap "Deposit."
  2. Tap "In-store deposit."
  3. Enter the deposit amount and tap "Next."
  4. Choose the Robinsons Retail partner store where you want to make the deposit (e.g. Robinsons Supermarket), then tap the "Get deposit barcode."
  5. Show the code to the Robinsons partner store cashier and then hand them your cash.
  6. Get your receipt and check your updated balance.

To deposit at a 7-Eleven store, follow the instructions below,

  1. From the GoTyme Bank app home screen, tap "Deposit."
  2. Tap "In-store deposit."
  3. Enter the deposit amount and tap "Next."
  4. Choose the 7-Eleven branch where you want to make the deposit, then tap the "Get deposit barcode."
  5. Show the code to the 7-Eleven cashier and then hand them your cash.
  6. Get your receipt and check your updated balance.

After each deposit, you should receive a physical receipt from 7-Eleven and a transaction receipt in your GoTyme Bank app.

If your balance does not update immediately, wait a few minutes as some transactions may take slightly longer to reflect, If the amount is still not credited, contact GoTyme Bank Customer Support for further assistance.
