When can I start depositing at 7-Eleven and how does it work?

Starting January 1, 2026, you can experience secure and real-time over-the-counter cash deposits in all 7-Eleven stores across the country.

How do I deposit at 7-Eleven?

  1. From the GoTyme Bank app home screen, tap "Deposit."
  2. Tap "In-store deposit."
  3. Enter the deposit amount and tap "Next."
  4. Choose the 7-Eleven branch where you want to make the deposit, then tap the "Get deposit barcode."
  5. Show the code to the 7-Eleven cashier and then hand them your cash.
  6. Get your receipt and check your updated balance.

How much can I deposit in 7-Eleven? Are there any limits?

7-Eleven over-the-counter cash deposits are subject to a PHP 100 minimum and PHP 20,000 maximum amount per transaction. There is no limit to the number of transactions in one day. 

How much is the fee?

Cash deposits with 7-Eleven have a 1.5% fee and follow a tiered structure. Please see the table below for a sample computation (table is on briefing doc)

What should I do if something goes wrong?

After each deposit, you should receive:

* A physical receipt from 7-Eleven

* An in-app transaction receipt in your recent transactions


If your balance does not update immediately, wait a few minutes as some transactions may take slightly longer to post.
