  1. What is Linked Bank Accounts and how does it work?

    Linked Bank Accounts lets you pull money from your other bank directly to your GoTyme Bank account— no ATM, no over-the-counter transfer needed. This feature is now available to all users.

    Step 1: Go to Deposit

    From your GoTyme Bank home screen, tap “Deposit” and select “Pull money from another bank”.

    Step 2: Select your linked bank

    Choose the bank account you want to fund from. If you haven't linked a bank yet, you'll be prompted to do so here.

    Step 3: Enter the amount

    Type in how much you want to add to your GoTyme Bank account and tap Continue.

    Step 4: Review and confirm

    Check the details — including any transfer fee your bank may charge — then confirm the transaction.

    Step 5: You're done

    Your GoTyme Bank balance is updated instantly.

  2. Which banks can I link to?

    GoTyme Bank currently supports linking from AllBank, BPI and Unionbank.

  3. Which banks charge a fee, and how much?

    Fees vary by sending bank. The table below reflects the latest available information as of May 8, 2026, but fees may change at any time. Kindly check with your bank for the most accurate and up-to-date fees.

  4. Is there a limit on how much I can fund per transaction?

    Deposits via Linked Bank Account transfers follow the standard InstaPay transfer limits.
