  1. Why is my bank charging more than the amount I transferred?

    Your linked bank may charge a transaction fee when you pull money into your GoTyme Bank account. This fee is deducted separately from the amount you pulled.

    For example, if you pull ₱1,000 from BPI, ₱1,000 will be added to your GoTyme Bank account, while a total of ₱1,015 will be deducted from your BPI account, inclusive of BPI’s ₱15 transaction fee.

    The applicable fee is shown in the transaction details before you confirm. If the amount deducted does not match the amount and fee shown, please contact your linked bank.
