For non-GoTyme Bank users:

• Balance Inquiry: ₱2
• Withdrawal Fee: ₱18

How will I be charged for the deposit fee?

The deposit fee is automatically deducted from your deposited amount. For example, if you deposit ₱1,000, a ₱25 fee will be deducted and ₱975 will be credited to your GoTyme Bank account.

What is the minimum and maximum amount per transaction that I can deposit in the machine?

The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100, and the maximum deposit is PHP 50,000.

What is the maximum amount that I can deposit in a day?

There is no daily limit for deposits made through the GoTyme Bank Cash Deposit Machine.
