The promo period is from July 1, 2025 to August 31, 2025.
The promo is open to GoTyme Bank users receiving their first-ever inward remittance. Incentive applies only if the transaction is made through the following platforms: PayPal, Remitly, Xoom, Revolut, Veem, or MoneyGram.
Users must either link or input their GoTyme Debit Card number when receiving funds from these platforms.
To be eligible to earn 50 Go Rewards points, the user must complete a single cash-in of at least PHP 10,000.00 from any of the eligible platforms within the promo period.
Each user can only qualify for the reward once during the entire promo period, regardless of the number of transactions completed. Qualified users will receive a one-time reward of 50 Go Rewards points.
Go Rewards points will be credited to the user's linked Go Rewards account within seven (7) business days after the qualified transaction, subject to the conditions outlined in these mechanics.
The Go Rewards points earned under this promo are non-transferable but may be converted to cash through the in-app points-to-cash feature.
GoTyme reserves the right to withhold or refuse to award any Go Rewards points that may be earned, or to revoke any Go Rewards points already awarded under this promo, including those that have already been used or redeemed by the user, should any of the following occur:
GoTyme reasonably suspects and/or determines that the user engaged in or employed fraudulent, unfair, and/or illegal schemes, methods, means or devices (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits, using fictitious accounts, etc.);
GoTyme deems that the user is or was not qualified from participating in this promo and/or should not be entitled to the award;
The user’s GoTyme or Go Rewards account is invalid, suspended, dormant, closed, or still under review;
The user failed to abide by the terms and conditions of GoTyme and/or Go Rewards; or
Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined for any reason whatsoever.
In cases where Go Rewards points have already been credited to the user's account, GoTyme reserves the right to exercise any of the following at its discretion should any of the grounds for revocation occur and if the user's Go Rewards balance is insufficient to cover the points to be revoked:
Automatically debit from the user’s Go Rewards points balance when it becomes sufficient, until the points earned from the transaction have been fully revoked; or
Automatically debit from any of the user's existing GoTyme accounts, until the monetary value of the points earned from the transaction have been fully revoked.
GoTyme is solely responsible for the execution of this program through the unilateral award of points to customers' accounts.
The customer must notify GoTyme for any complaints regarding the promo within thirty (30) days from the end of the promo period. The decision of GoTyme on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email help@gotyme.com.ph.
The user agrees to hold GoTyme Bank, its directors, and officers free from any and all liability that may arise from his/her participation in this promo, including but not limited to any withholding, refusal, or revocation of Go Rewards points and/or their equivalent in money.
