Items must be:

• Brand-new
• Bought with MoreTyme
• Cost at least Php 1,000 after any discounts and vouchers (This is different from the ₱4,500 total spend required to unlock the insurance.)
• And are not part of the full list of exclusions you can find in the Insurance Policy (found in the “Important Documents” section below).

If these items are stolen, or accidentally/maliciously damaged, you can make a claim.

These are some examples. You can check the Insurance Policy for the complete list. If your item isn’t listed in the exclusions there, it’s likely eligible.
