How will I know if my transfer failed?

  1. Open the GoTyme Bank app.

  2. From the Home screen, scroll down to Transaction History.

  3. Tap the transfer to view details.

  4. If the status shows “Failed” or “Returned,” the money did not go through. Funds are usually returned within 2–3 business days.
