How do I close my Go Save?

You can close a Go Save anytime. Here's how:

1. On the GoTyme Bank app, tap 'Go Save'.
2. Choose the Go Save account you wish to close.
3. Tap the ellipsis icon (three dots) in the upper right corner of your screen.
4. Select 'Close Go Save' and then confirm by tapping 'Close My Account.'
5. You will receive a confirmation on the screen once your Go Save account closure has been processed.
   
   

You will lose the cumulative interest calculated for the month if you close your Go Save before the first day of the month. You may move out your money and keep your Go Save open to still be able to receive the interest on the first day of the following month.
