Promo Mechanics
- Promo period is from February 21, 2023 to May 31, 2023.
- This promo is open to new and existing active GoTyme Bank Corporation (“GoTyme”) users who will successfully pay for select audio / video online streaming services (“Select Streaming Services”) using their GoTyme Account, with a minimum spend of P100 per transaction (“Qualified users”). Qualified users must also have a valid and active Go Rewards account.
- Payments are considered made using the GoTyme account when the debit card is used to make online payments/ money is transferred from the GoTyme account to pay for the Select Streaming Services/ etc.
- The Select Streaming Services include the following:
- Netflix
- HBO Go
- Amazon Prime
- Disney+
- Spotify
- YouTube
- Hayu
- Discovery+
- VIU
- Qualified users will get 100 Go Rewards points for every qualified transaction within the promo period, with a maximum of 3 qualified transactions or a total of 300 Go Rewards points to be awarded per Qualified user per month. For avoidance of doubt, month intervals for this promo are set as follows:

February 21 February 2023 to 28 February 2023 March 1 March 2023 to 31 March 2023 April 1 April 2023 to 30 April 2023 May 1 May 2023 to 31 May 2023 - Qualified users will be awarded Go Rewards points, which shall be reflected on the GoTyme App within 7 days after the qualified transaction is confirmed.
- GoTyme reserves the right to withhold, refuse, withdraw, or take back the awarding of Go Rewards points from users and their respective balances, without prior notice and even if the user has already received and/or used the Go Rewards points awarded if any of the following occur:
- GoTyme reasonably suspects and/or proves that the Qualified user engaged in or employed fraudulent, unfair, and/or illegal schemes, methods, means or devices (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits, using fictitious accounts, etc.);
- GoTyme deems that the Qualified user is or was not qualified from participating in this promo and/or should not be entitled to the award;.
- The Qualified user’s GoTyme or Go Rewards account is invalid, suspended, dormant, or closed;
- The Qualified failed to abide by the terms and conditions of GoTyme and/or Go Rewards; or
- Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or merchant-initiated.
- If your Go Rewards points balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn or taken back at the time of withdrawal or taking back, GoTyme reserves the right to either:
- debit the unused Go Rewards points from user’s Go Rewards points balance when such balance becomes sufficient; or
- debit payment for the Go Rewards points from any of the user’s existing GoTyme accounts at a rate of PHP .80 per awarded Go Rewards point to be taken back or withdrawn.
- The customer must notify GoTyme for any complaints regarding the promo within thirty (30) days from the end of the promo period.
