PROMO MECHANICS

PROMO DURATION: Every Monday from December 16, 2024, to February 03, 2025.  

1. Promo period is from December 16, 2024, to February 03, 2025, but only during the Mondays (Dec. 16, 23, 30; Jan. 06, 13, 20, 27; Feb. 03)  
2. This promo is open to all valid GoTyme Bank Corporation (“GoTyme Bank”) users. Valid GoTyme Bank users are accounts that are not suspended/ blocked/ closed or still under account review 
3. All mobile numbers that receive a minimum of Php100 airtime product of Smart and TNT, purchased through the GoTyme mobile application, every Mondays of the eligible promo period, will receive an additional airtime bonus of Php20.  
4. Loading multiple numbers to reach the minimum load denomination amount is not allowed.
5. Maximum bonus that each recipient mobile number can get is capped at Php20.00, regardless of amount of airtime product purchased but subject to minimum purchase above. The maximum number of transactions allowed per recipient mobile number is three transactions each Monday. 
6. GoTyme Bank reserves the right to withhold, refuse, withdraw, or take back the reward from users and their respective balances, without prior notice and even if the user has already received and/or used the reward if any of the following occur: 
   1. GoTyme Bank reasonably suspects and/or proves that the user is/ was engaged in or employed fraudulent, unfair, and/or illegal schemes, methods, means or devices (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits, using fictitious accounts, etc.);
   2. The user’s GoTyme Bank account is invalid, suspended, blocked, closed, or still under review;
   3. The Qualified user failed to abide by the mechanics herein and the terms and conditions of GoTyme Bank 
7. The customer must notify GoTyme Bank of any complaints regarding the promo within thirty (30) days from the end of the promo period.
