Terms and Conditions

1. The promo is open to all active GoTyme Bank account holders with a GoTyme Visa debit card (“Customer”).
2. Promo is valid from November 22, 2024 to May 31, 2025.
3. The promo entitles the Customer to a twenty-five percent (25%) discount per single transaction at The Public Eatery, 4th Floor, Robinsons Magnolia, Quezon City, Metro Manila.

4. To avail of the Promo, the Customer must use his/her GoTyme Visa debit card to pay for his/her single-receipt bill (inclusive of VAT, service charges, and prevailing local taxes) at The Public Eatery within the promo period.
5. A total of 25% discount per GoTyme Bank Visa debit card holder on single receipt transactions of Php 2,000 or less. For transactions exceeding Php 2,000, a discount of Php500 will be applied. No minimum spend is required.
6. Discount is not applicable to QR payments or online deliveries.
7. Discount will only apply to the total bill exclusive of VAT, service charges, and prevailing local taxes unless otherwise specified by the merchant.
8. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, privileges, or VIP cards. The discount is not exchangeable for or convertible to cash, credit, or other goods and services.
9. Customers with mandatory and government-regulated discounts have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply. In the purchase of goods and services subject to a promotional discount, senior citizens can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
10. Any amendment to the terms and conditions governing the Promo is subject to prior DTI approval.
11. Any personal or sensitive information supplied by Customer to GoTyme pursuant to this promo/the registration process will be understood as the Customer’s express, active, and positive consent to allow GoTyme, its affiliates, and authorized/partner third parties, to collect and process such information for the purpose of determining eligibility and other marketing purposes. Such consent shall be valid until the purposes enumerated have been fulfilled.
12. The customer must notify GoTyme Bank of any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of GoTyme Bank on the complaint, with concurrence of DTI FTEB, where applicable, shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email help@gotyme.com.ph.
